Abernathy Insurance Agency (AIA) is happy to announce our upcoming acquisition of Mascott Insurance Services. Effective May 1, 2018, Mascott Insurance will be part of AIA.

Both AIA and Mascott Insurance have been a successful part of the San Gabriel Valley business community for over 40 years. With the retirement of its founder and owner, Jerry Mascott, Mascott Insurance Services made the decision to merge with a local agency that shared its customer-focused approach to business.

AIA is an independently owned and locally operated insurance brokerage with an extensive range of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines markets. Its neighbor, Mascott Insurance, has been a successful Personal Lines agency writing primarily Mercury Insurance products. As of May 1, 2018, Mascott Insurance will be merged into AIA’s existing operations and location.
